Multi-instrumentalist Dan Duggan on hammered dulcimer, yang quin, guitar,
and banjo utilizes interactive stories and songs to stimulate individual
expression and group participation. A detailed study guide to spark enthusiasm
and integrate with your curriculum is provided with each of the thematic
programs. (Special thematic programs can be designed with advanced planning.)
Dans expertise and boundless energy has delighted students in schools
throughout the country for nearly 20 years!
All sound system needs are provided by Dan Duggan. Must be able to access
room of performance 30 minutes prior to show/workshop. Libraries,
cafeterias, gyms, auditoriums and classrooms are appropriate spaces. Prefer
to be very close to the audience and we recommend a maximum of 300 students
to preserve the intimacy of the performance/workshop.
Photos and press releases to aid in publicizing the event will be provided.
Interviews for radio or newspaper publicity may be done by phone. Study guides
are provided for all school programs.
